Spring Break

Today we went with the Zindars to Panama City Fl.  First I have to thank God that we are alive.  We were driving along enjoying the sights  and made it to Panama City and all of a sudden we saw a car accident in front of us.  Jimmy jumped out he is a firefighter and an EMT.

State Troopers have released details on a bizarre and deadly crash that involved two parked cars. Troopers say 58-year-old  hit a trash can on Front Beach Road around 11:10 a.m. He kept going and slammed into a Honda Accord in the parking lot of the Latitude 29 condominiums, pushing it into another parked car.
Colton’s truck then hit a water line, gas line and a palm tree before finally coming to a stop.
"He was going 40 or 50 mph and never put on his brakes as far as I know,”  according to someone that witnessed the crash.
A passenger in the Accord, was taken to Bay Medical Center where he died. Another passenger, of San Antonio, Texas is listed in serious condition. The driver of the Accord, 75-year-old suffered minor injuries. Colton was not hurt. Troopers are not sure why he drove off the road. Charges are pending
It makes me remember that we are not guaranteed that we will be here tomorrow.  I can not imagine not being able to return Ashley to her grandma and grandpa.  It makes me stop and remember how precious our lives our.
We had a wonderful day and we are so thankful for our day.  My heart aches for the people in the accident that were on vacation also and for there families.

We went and ate at Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville.  It was lots of fun.  Ashley entertained herself while waiting for dinner by making - A for Ashley

TY made her eye glasses that she loved.

Then we walked along the shops - I could of stayed there all day and shopped- as we were walking there was a guy with a Parrot on the sidewalk.  Of course Ashley had to get close.

Then we came back to the house - hit the pool for a little bit - so glad we have a heated pool.  We also did some Karaoke around the pool.

This is Shelly up singing and we were clapping to the music.  Shelly can really sing....So it was an enjoyment to hear her.

Life does not get any better then this.
After that we decide to go out for a little while. Went to the outlet mall and went out for pizza and also went to a 31 yogurt bar.  Ashley loves her toppings.

I can't believe the week is almost over!!!!!

I can't believe my parents move in 2 days from the house they have owned for 36 years.
