President's Day

This weather is getting to be too much.... We were off today for President's day.

We were post to go to Danville today for  John Seymour funeral ( Grandpa Seymour).  This is Doug's dad - he lived to be 94 years old.  He was at all the family parties and the last few years he has lived with Doug and Gina.
This is a picture that Kaitlyn put on her facebook.  I thought it was good pictures of him.

We were  to have a Princess Social at Church tonight also.  Grandma was so nice to make 24 pink cupcakes to take.  Since I volunteered that I would bring cupcakes.  With this ice and snow it was cancelled.

Then Saturday night I thought it was cold in the house - Sunday we went off to church then we spent the day at Grandma and Grandpa's and went to small group in the evening.  We returned home the house was at 60 degree's and the heater only seemed to be blowing out cold air.  Ahh the heater was broken by morning it was 53 degrees in the house.  The heater guy said that I had the heat up to hot 77 and it triggered something on the heater to turn it off.  $150 later for them to re program it.  Has anyone heard of anything like that????

We had a great day despite the weather we spent it at Grandma and Grandpa's.  We made lasagna soup..  I will post the recipe soon - it was great!!!

Hope everyone was a great week!!!!
